Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using RepWise AI, you agree to these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

RepWise AI (“RepWise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Synnax Studio LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. RepWise provides camera-based rep counting, movement and form feedback, voice coaching, exercise information, workout planning, session history, progress tools, coach personas, and related fitness features (the “Services”). Features may vary by device, operating system, exercise, region, and subscription.

2. Fitness and medical disclaimer

RepWise is a fitness tool, not a medical device. The Services do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or professional training advice. Pose detection and form feedback may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on RepWise to identify every unsafe movement or health risk.

Consult a qualified physician or other professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, have a health condition, or have concerns about your ability to exercise safely. Use appropriate equipment and space, train within your limits, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use RepWise. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, activity under your account, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not create an account using false information or impersonate another person.

4. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial fitness purposes.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly allowed;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, or attempt to extract source code, models, datasets, or non-public interfaces, except where law does not permit this restriction;
• bypass subscription, access, safety, or security controls;
• upload malware, interfere with operation, overload infrastructure, or access another person’s account or data;
• use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or harmful conduct; or
• use RepWise in a way that creates an unsafe distraction or risks harm to you, another person, property, or equipment.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit or create through the Services, such as profile images, workout plans, and feedback (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide Your Content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Core workout features are available without a paid subscription. RepWise Pro unlocks premium coach voices and personas. Our planned standard prices are US$4.99 per month, US$24.99 per year, or US$54.99 for lifetime access. The exact local price, currency, taxes, plan availability, trials, and benefits shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play at checkout control your purchase and may change for future purchases.

• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to that store’s terms.
• Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by your app store.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or your RepWise account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
• Refunds are handled under the applicable app store’s policies and law. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by an app store unless the store permits it.
• Lifetime access, if offered, means access to the included features for the commercially supported life of the Services; it does not guarantee that RepWise or every feature will exist indefinitely.

7. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms such as Apple, Google, Supabase, and RevenueCat. Their products and policies govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

RepWise and its licensors own the Services, including software, visual design, text, graphics, logos, coach characters, voices, audio, models, compilations, and other materials, excluding Your Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Changes, availability, and termination

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update the app for security, compatibility, safety, or performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.

You may stop using RepWise at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that feedback or results will meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepWise and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to RepWise during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those places, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

Because Synnax Studio LTD is established in the United Kingdom, these Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a court forum available under the law of your country or state. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept them, where permitted by law.
